Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance community participation
Manage social media platforms and online community forums
Create compelling content for digital channels, including written, image and video content
Analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies to maximize impact
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified messaging and consistent branding
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital engagement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools
