Position Overview:

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, community leaders, and government agencies to drive forward our mission of promoting public health and wellness throughout the Central District.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that address the healthcare needs of the local community.
Establish and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, governmental entities, and community partners to support health-related programs and events.
Coordinate health education workshops, screenings, and awareness campaigns to engage and empower the community.
Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of community health programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor budget allocations, resource utilization, and grant opportunities for health-related projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, community outreach, or health education programs.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead initiatives that drive positive change.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
