The Hebrew University of Jerusalem - Faculty of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Environmental Research Scientist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of environmental sciences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the impact of human activities on the environment
- Develop and implement innovative methodologies for environmental data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex environmental challenges
- Publish research findings in reputable scientific journals
- Participate in grant writing and fundraising activities
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines
- Strong background in environmental research and geospatial analysis
- Experience in designing and conducting field studies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and GIS tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
