NUS Faculty of Dentistry is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in the heart of Singapore's Central South Region. We are currently looking for a skilled Facilities Development Specialist to contribute to our campus's strategic growth and expansion.
About the Role:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of infrastructure projects to support the ongoing advancement of our academic and research facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess spatial needs, design standards, and operational requirements for future expansion initiatives.
- Manage external consultants and construction partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Oversee compliance with local industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards to ensure a secure and sustainable work environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in project management within large-scale development, architecture, or facility planning.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices, innovative construction technologies, and energy-efficient design principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance within the construction and development realm.
