Position: Policy and Advocacy Manager

We are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Policy and Advocacy Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for driving and implementing policies, as well as representing the interests of our members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of government relations and advocacy work.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic advocacy plans
Engage with key stakeholders and policymakers
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve advocacy goals
Effectively communicate the organization's positions and priorities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated experience in government relations, policy development, or advocacy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven leadership and project management capabilities
