As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering a friendly and inclusive workplace environment where teamwork and mutual support are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the institute's staffing needs
Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract high-quality candidates
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices
Contribute to the enhancement of our institute's employer brand to attract top talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other activities to expand our talent pool

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related area
Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for promoting a positive work culture and fostering teamwork
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
