Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental impact assessment strategies for construction projects and real estate developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable building practices.
- Monitor and analyze the environmental impact of urban development and infrastructure projects.
- Advise on sustainable land use and urban planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing resource efficiency and reducing environmental footprint.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in environmental impact assessment and management within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
