Role Overview

As our Community Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at promoting equity and inclusivity, and you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for collaboration and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of community engagement strategies
Cultivate partnerships with non-profit organizations and government entities to support diverse community initiatives
Organize and oversee community events focused on promoting inclusivity and diversity
Champion diversity awareness and education within the company and the broader community
Measure and report on the impact of community engagement efforts

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for community engagement and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in community engagement or nonprofit work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
A strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
