We are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to fostering regional development and promoting business growth within Etelä-Savo. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our community by cultivating relationships with local enterprises and facilitating partnerships to drive economic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential partners, including local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses, to establish collaborative initiatives that benefit the community.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance economic opportunities and stimulate business growth in Etelä-Savo.
Manage and maintain effective communication channels between various stakeholders to ensure alignment towards common goals.
Provide expertise and support to businesses seeking to expand or establish roots within our region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in project management, business development, or community engagement.
Proven track record of successful partnership building within either public or private sectors.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
