We are looking for a forward-thinking and inventive individual to join our dynamic team at NATO Rapid Deployable Corps Italy (NRDC-ITA) in the heart of the bustling Brussels-Capital Region. As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative communication strategy, responsible for shaping and delivering compelling digital experiences and content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance our organizational presence and reach.
Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive experiences, to convey our mission and values.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, using insights to optimize engagement and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with broader marketing and communication objectives.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies, integrating them into our communication approach.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital content creation, social media management, and digital analytics tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment, balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience in a similar role within an international organization or media agency is a plus.
