About the Role:

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships between our company and local communities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that support our community development objectives and align with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify community engagement opportunities and develop strategic plans
Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies and nonprofit organizations, to promote mutual goals
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and campaigns
Facilitate partnerships with community organizations to create shared value projects
Coordinate volunteer programs and support employee engagement in community initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to community engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement, preferably within the beverage industry or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of local government structures and community dynamics
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Passion for driving positive change and improving communities
