Position: Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Västra Götalands län, Sweden. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply motivated by the opportunity to explore new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and significantly contribute to the growth and development of our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships through meticulous market research and analysis.
Create and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive sustainable growth and strengthen Stena Line's market position in Västra Götalands län, Sweden.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and local nonprofit organizations to advance collaborative initiatives supporting mutual interests and community development.
Lead negotiations and collaboration efforts to secure favorable terms for business agreements and partnerships.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging market trends and integrating them strategically into Stena Line's business growth vision.
Prepare and present detailed business proposals, feasibility studies, and progress reports to senior management, contributing to well-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields within the transportation, tourism, or maritime industry, preferably within the government or nonprofit sectors.
Exceptional networking and relationship management skills with a strong focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, combined with a results-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic business environment.
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
