Your Role:

As the International Talent Acquisition Specialist at Microsoft Belgium, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top-tier professionals from around the globe. Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional individuals to contribute to our dynamic and diverse organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies targeting both passive and active candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and professional communities.
Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments to assess candidate suitability and potential.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide consultation regarding recruitment best practices.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
