Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
