As a growing institution, we are looking for a Cultural Harmony Coordinator who will be responsible for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills along with a strong understanding of cross-cultural HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
Facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding
Collaborate with various departments to ensure inclusive practices
Advocate for a diverse and welcoming work environment
Conduct training sessions on cultural awareness and sensitivity
Participate in recruitment processes with a focus on diversity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in cross-cultural communication or diversity initiatives is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR practices with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about creating an inclusive work environment
Proficient in Swedish and English, additional language skills are a plus
