Job Description:

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees' educational and career development. Your main responsibilities will include:

Identifying training needs and designing training programs to enhance employee skills
Coordinating and organizing various learning and development initiatives
Evaluating training effectiveness and making improvements as needed
Providing individual coaching and mentoring to employees
Collaborating with managers to create career development plans
Assisting in recruiting efforts by participating in interviews and candidate assessments

Qualifications:

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of best practices in talent development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build effective working relationships and work as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
