Position Available: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gazit-Globe, you will play a vital role in our human capital management, contributing to the recruitment and retention of exceptional talent that drives our company forward.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
Facilitate the offer process and provide support in onboarding new team members
Participate in the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or property development industry
Demonstrated success in utilizing social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
