Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Public Sector Initiatives team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering critical projects within the public sector, driving impact and change in collaboration with government and non-profit organizations. We are looking for an individual passionate about driving social progress through strategic project management, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex projects within the public sector space, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
Collaborate with government agencies and non-profit organizations to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive impactful change.
Provide strategic direction for project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Identify risks and issues within projects and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the public sector or with government/non-profit organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
