Key Responsibilities

Employ creative and effective methods to identify and attract top-notch musical talent
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their unique staffing needs
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and excellence
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent-sourcing opportunities
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments with a keen eye for potential

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and proactively
Passion for music and the arts is a strong plus
