As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent from across the globe to contribute to our multinational growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of our expanding international business.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and talent networks worldwide to establish a diverse talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates in various regions.
Lead international recruitment initiatives, including evaluating candidate qualifications and conducting interviews across different time zones.
Research and analyze global market trends to optimize recruitment processes and offer competitive employment packages.
Ensure compliance with international employment laws, regulations, and visa requirements.
Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent and promote a positive candidate experience.
Participate in global talent acquisition projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in global talent acquisition or international recruitment within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong understanding of global cultural dynamics, employment trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders worldwide.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
Ability to adapt to different time zones and travel as needed to support global recruitment efforts.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, showcasing a genuine global mindset.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed talent acquisition decisions.
