We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our company as an Innovative Spatial Solutions Manager.

Position Overview:

This role involves the strategic planning, design, and implementation of spatial solutions tailored to meet our expanding business needs. The manager will be responsible for identifying and developing innovative spatial concepts that optimize the utilization of our resources and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage spatial planning projects, ensuring the efficient utilization of space within our facilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative spatial solutions that enhance workflow and productivity
Implement sustainable and environmentally conscious spatial designs aligned with company objectives
Oversee the execution of spatial projects from concept to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and functionality
Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our spatial strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to support our spatial initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in spatial design, project management, or a related area
Strong knowledge of spatial planning principles, CAD software, and industry-relevant technologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative spatial solutions in a rapidly evolving environment
Fluency in German and English
