Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent from various backgrounds and cultures.
Collaborate with management to create programs that promote cultural awareness and inclusion throughout the organization.
Design and facilitate training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion to enhance the workforce's understanding and sensitivity.
Evaluate and enhance our recruiting processes to ensure they are fair and unbiased.
Advise on best practices for creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for all employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Strong understanding of best practices in talent management and development.
