Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local communities to develop and implement culturally inclusive real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Explore and integrate diverse cultural elements into construction and design processes.
- Engage in community outreach and partnership building activities to support social inclusion and awareness.
- Participate in sustainable development initiatives that align with our foundation’s values and goals.
- Advocate for socially responsible practices within the construction and development sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the cultural development or community engagement fields.
- Strong understanding of sustainable development practices and their applicability to real estate projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective community collaboration.
- Demonstrated commitment to social responsibility and ethical development principles.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and preferably Galician, to facilitate communication in our multicultural environment.
