Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill various roles within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Your Responsibilities:

Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Screening resumes, performing interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent
Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
Ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the aviation industry
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools
