We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Live Nation Entertainment. Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit top-tier talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and efficiently manage the full recruitment life cycle
Utilize advanced recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experience
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive impression of our organization
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvements in our talent acquisition efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for recruitment and sourcing purposes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies
