Position: Wellness Experience Specialist
We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wellness Experience Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a culture of holistic well-being and self-expression, leveraging the beauty of nature that surrounds our zoo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead innovative wellness programs that encourage self-care and emotional well-being
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors and staff
- Curate experiences that celebrate the diverse cultural aspects of beauty and health practices
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate wellness initiatives across the zoo
- Foster an environment that encourages creativity and personal expression
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wellness, beauty, or healthcare-related fields
- A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
