Molise Community Theater is seeking a Creative Content Curator. We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative individual to join our team and play a key role in shaping the creative narrative at our esteemed theater. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating stories, designing engaging content, and leading our communication initiatives to connect with our audience in innovative and compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative content strategies to promote our theater's offerings and events.
Create visually appealing and impactful multimedia content to showcase the theater's performances and productions.
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.
Manage and curate our online presence, including website content and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and build community connections.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, leveraging insights to elevate the theater's communication approach.
Work closely with artists and performers to capture and highlight their stories and contributions to the theater.
Drive the development of a cohesive and compelling brand narrative that resonates with our diverse audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in storytelling, content creation, and creative writing.
Experience with graphic design, photography, and/or videography is highly desirable.
Proficient in utilizing various communication platforms, social media tools, and content management systems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
