Job Opening: Sustainable Development Coordinator

As a Sustainable Development Coordinator at SWR, you will be at the forefront of shaping our future-ready infrastructure and facilities. Your role will extend beyond traditional real estate development, encompassing sustainable urban planning, inclusive community design, and innovative construction practices. We are seeking someone with a passion for creating spaces that reflect our values of diversity, sustainability, and forward-thinking design.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sustainable development projects, ensuring adherence to high environmental and social standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate sustainable practices into all stages of construction and urban development.
Engage with various stakeholders to ensure community input and inclusivity in development projects.
Research and implement innovative construction and urban planning methodologies to continually improve our infrastructure's sustainability and resilience.
Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives, contributing to the company's commitment to transparency and positive change.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sustainable development, integrating new ideas into our projects as appropriate.

Your Qualifications:

A degree in urban planning, architecture, environmental sustainability, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in sustainable development or similar roles within the construction and urban planning sector.
A strong understanding of environmental regulations, green building certifications, and sustainable construction materials.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for inclusivity, diversity, and a commitment to creating spaces that reflect these values.
Proven project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
