You will leverage your expertise to drive the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
Conduct thorough screening of potential candidates and present qualified individuals to hiring managers
Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and contribute to workforce planning
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
