Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various channels for sourcing, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review and screen applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate additional interviews with relevant stakeholders
Manage candidate feedback and communicate effectively throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
