Rakiura Adventure Photography is searching for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in the stunning landscape of Stewart Island, New Zealand. We are looking for a Conservation Photography Coordinator to spearhead our efforts in capturing and documenting the natural wonders of this unique environment.

Your Role:

Coordinate and lead photography projects that showcase the ecological diversity of Stewart Island.
Collaborate with environmental organizations and local authorities to align photography initiatives with conservation goals.
Produce high-quality visual content to support conservation campaigns and initiatives.
Manage a team of photographers and oversee the creation of compelling visual narratives that highlight the island's unique ecosystem.
Conduct fieldwork and scouting to identify key areas for photography projects.

Requirements:

A deep understanding of environmental conservation principles and practices.
Proven experience in photography, with a focus on nature, wildlife, or conservation subjects.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of photographers.
Excellent communication and networking abilities to foster partnerships with conservation groups and governmental bodies.
