Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Implement recruitment plans by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
