You will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking, and professional organizations.
Screen and assess resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct effective interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Deep understanding of modern recruitment methods, tools, and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
