Job Description

As a Human Capital Specialist at Grevenmacher Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in our people-centric approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
Assessing training and development needs, and implementing programs to enhance employee skills

Contributing to the development and execution of human resource policies and procedures

Qualifications
