As a Community Impact Advocate, you will be an integral part of our mission to create lasting social change. Your role will be centered around identifying and addressing community needs, advocating for underserved populations, and developing sustainable solutions for social issues. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, mobilize resources, and drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and assess community needs and prioritize areas for intervention
Develop strategies and programs to address identified needs
Mobilize community resources, engage volunteers, and build partnerships with various organizations
Advocate for marginalized communities and influence policy changes
Measure and evaluate program impact and success rates
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive social change

Qualifications:

Passion for social impact and commitment to improving lives
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Experience in community development, advocacy, or project management is a plus
