Job Summary:

As a Sustainable Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sustainable initiatives across our operations in Nevada. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

Identifying areas within Hilton's facilities and operations where sustainability measures can be implemented and improved.
Developing and managing projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our properties while maintaining Hilton's high standards of service.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and efficacy of sustainable practices, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring and tracking the progress of sustainability projects, analyzing data, and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sustainability and environmental management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sustainable practices and principles, and their application in the corporate sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sustainability management software.
