Job Overview:

As a Team Leader in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving the success of our Beauty/Healthcare Department. You will oversee the daily operations, manage inventory, analyze sales data, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills and industry knowledge will contribute to the growth and profitability of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Beauty/Healthcare associates, ensuring exceptional customer service
Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and merchandising of products
Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize department revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including health and safety regulations
Train and develop team members, encouraging their career growth
Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry
Strong knowledge of the Beauty/Healthcare sector, including products and industry trends
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and prioritize workload
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
