Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join the Vesturland Community Center team as an Excelsior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective strategies for attracting top talent.
Create and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms to source, screen, and assess candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.
Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is preferred.
