Position: Wellness Specialist

Your Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right wellness products based on their needs
Provide in-depth product knowledge and advice
Create personalized plans and offer recommendations for customers' well-being
Perform demonstrations and educate customers about product usage
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve shared goals

Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
