Position Overview

As a Community Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing programs that address community needs and support local initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote the bank’s involvement in various initiatives
Establish and nurture partnerships with local government agencies and nonprofit organizations
Identify community development opportunities and propose innovative solutions
Coordinate volunteer efforts and organize community events to enhance the bank's presence
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align community development efforts with the bank's overall objectives
Stay updated on community development trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in community development, social impact, or a related area
Strong understanding of local government processes and nonprofit organizations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Passion for community service and driving positive change
