Your Role

Create and manage multicultural wellness initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and deliver wellness workshops tailored to diverse cultural needs.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to organize events and activities promoting holistic well-being.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in multicultural wellness.
Conduct assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve wellness programs.
Support the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
