Responsibilities

Develop and implement sustainable strategies within our onboard restaurants and accommodations
Collaborate with various departments to promote eco-friendly initiatives
Monitor and optimize energy usage, waste management, and recycling programs
Educate and train staff on sustainable practices and encourage their active participation
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications
Create and maintain partnerships with local suppliers supporting sustainable sourcing
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on sustainability
Strong knowledge of environmental policies and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies
Passion for promoting sustainable tourism and a greener future
Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a diverse working environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
