Position: Innovative Architectural Designer

Job Summary:

Collaborate with the management team to design and implement cutting-edge structures within the confines of building codes and regulations.
Utilize the latest construction techniques and materials to create aesthetically pleasing and sustainable buildings.
Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and sustainability principles.
Coordinate with external teams such as contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and present detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and cost estimates.
Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor and supervise construction progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
