Role Overview:

As a Community Liaison at Accel Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between our organization and various community partners, working together to identify common goals and create sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies
Facilitate communication and coordinate initiatives between Accel Inc. and external partners
Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organization
Conduct research on community issues, trends, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and programs that align with community goals
Organize and participate in community events, initiatives, and outreach activities
Monitor the impact of our community involvement efforts and report on outcomes to leadership

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for community development and social impact
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of local government structures and nonprofit landscape
Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
Experience in planning and executing community initiatives is preferred
