Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to individuals on achieving and maintaining physical and mental well-being
Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives
Conduct assessments to identify individuals' health needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Organize workshops, seminars, and events related to wellness and self-care
Educate individuals about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and preventive measures
Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to continually enhance our wellness offerings

Requirements:

Proven experience and qualifications in a related field (e.g., beauty, healthcare, wellness)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for promoting well-being and self-care
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in German and English
Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events
