Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Create job postings and advertisements
Source and screen resumes of potential candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide recruitment guidance
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
