Job Opportunity: Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a passionate individual with a keen interest in media and communication to join our team as a Media Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies to engage our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling content for various media channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, and press releases.
Manage relationships with media outlets and journalists, ensuring optimal coverage of our company.
Monitor media trends and analyze the effectiveness of our media campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate emerging communication platforms.
Help maintain and promote our company's commitment to diversity and inclusivity through media initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as journalism, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience in media relations or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating engaging content for different media platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
An understanding of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
