Job Opening: Community Engagement Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between Jönköping Municipality and the local community, fostering collaboration and engagement
Plan, coordinate, and implement community outreach initiatives and events
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local nonprofits and organizations
Create and manage social media content to increase public awareness and engagement
Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of community initiatives
Assist in the development of community programs and initiatives that address the needs of the residents

Requirements:

A strong passion for community engagement and social impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in event planning and coordination
Proficiency in social media management
Knowledge of Jönköping Municipality and the surrounding community
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
