Job Description:

Develop, implement, and oversee media engagement strategies to promote literacy initiatives within the community.
Create compelling content for various media platforms to raise awareness and engage with our target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop multimedia campaigns, including videos, podcasts, and social media content.
Monitor media trends and provide insights for optimizing our communication efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with key media stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and community partners.
Manage media inquiries and coordinate media coverage for events and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related fields.
Proven experience in media relations, journalism, or content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and multimedia tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Knowledge of current media trends and emerging communication channels.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
