Your role will involve leveraging innovative recruitment strategies and digital tools to connect with potential candidates across various platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced talent sourcing techniques leveraging modern platforms and technologies.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the selection and hiring process, optimizing the candidate experience and overall recruitment efficiency.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to foster a pipeline of high-potential candidates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and talent acquisition strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance our recruitment capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the service or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of leveraging technology and digital platforms to attract and engage top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
